History
Established in 1990 as a Civil Contractor for Town Council projects, Top Pave has expanded its capabilities to include Civil, Structural as well as Architectural services.
Top Pave is currently graded as a B1 contractor by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and possesses a strong safety record and working relationship with all Government agencies and clients.
